This program was held under Chief Minister Innovation Scheme, Govt. Of Uttarakhand aimed at creating the  finest  educational environment for higher education in the state . The primary objective of the scheme is to develop innovation centre at each  higher education institute of Uttarakhand to promote quality research and development.

For the purpose the student  and the local people are encourage to participate in research activities , so as to develop avenues of self employment , self relevant  alongside through awareness towards  environment Biodiversity and sustainable development.
